Outdoor Environmental Education
Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya's Outdoor Environmental Education Program is a school's classroom without boundaries during the fall, winter, and spring months. The program is catered to school groups with students in 5th-8th grade. Our 3 season environmental education program began in the late 1960's and has grown to serve thousands of students from schools throughout Northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula each year. Class sessions focus on a variety of subject areas including biology, history, math, and recreation. Classes are designed to achieve a 1:20 staff to student ratio and may be adapted to meet your school's needs and complement the curriculum. The instructors at Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya demonstrate dedication to the program through concern, enthusiasm and a desire to share knowledge with others. Environmental Education staff members have proven skills in working with youth in a natural setting.
