Women's Wellness Weekend

During Women’s Wellness Weekend, Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya transforms into the ultimate northwoods getaway. Designed for women ages 18 and older, our programming offers everything you need to re-energize your spirit, mind, and body. Challenge yourself on the high ropes course, learn self-defense, breathe in the crisp fall air during yoga and meditation, make new friends, and relax by the campfire or in the sauna. This program evolves each year to offer programs that encompass all the facets of total wellness. Return home after Women’s Wellness Weekend feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.
