Summer Camp in the Snow!
Kids get to experience winter in a way they can’t experience it anywhere else at Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya! One of the greatest gifts you can give to your child is a trip to winter camp to give them a space to reconnect with the outdoors and make new friends. Winter camp is a three-day, two-night program that provides children with a refreshing outdoor experience in the middle of the school year. Campers will live in the cabins with our summer camp counselors, play in the snow, and end the day with hot chocolate by the campfire this winter at Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya! It'a the perfect time to get the kids out of the house and enjoy a weekend break while they run and play in a fun, safe, and adventurous winter wonderland.
At YMCA Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya our first priority is the health and safety of our staff, guests, and volunteers. Please view this summary of the steps we are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at camp. More detailed policied and procedures are available upon request.
During Winter Camp, campers live in cozy, winterized cabins with summer camp counselors. Each cabin has a fireplace to keep campers warm and comfortable at night. When registering, be sure to list the friends you would like to bunk with, that way you all can stay together. You’ll need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow for our bunk beds, a twin sized set of linens works as well. Check out out virtual tour of camp to see where your child will be staying.
All meals are provided by camp! Our outstanding kitchen staff prepare a huge spread of food for each meal with different options for young and old alike. From Friday evening through Sunday morning campers will have all the fuel they need to stay warm and active! If you have any special dietary requests for your camper please indicate that during registration. We can accommodate most special diets.
